1. Check the existing configuration. If an entry named creatorberry already exists, show its URL to the user before changing it. Show the exact change and ask for approval. If this environment cannot run local commands, give the command to the user instead.

2. Register the server. With the user's approval, run:

   codex mcp add creatorberry --url https://www.creatorberry.com/api/mcp

   Do not add an API key or Authorization header. Registration alone does not sign the user in.

3. Sign in. Run codex mcp login creatorberry in an interactive terminal that can stay open during browser sign-in. The user signs in to CreatorBerry, chooses a workspace, and approves access in the browser. Do not enter their credentials or approve for them. If this session cannot handle the interactive flow, give the user these exact steps.

4. Verify with a real tool call. After sign-in, use only the creatorberry MCP filters tool with status "all" and return only the filter names. The user can ask: "Use only the creatorberry MCP to list all my automation filters. Return only the filter names." If the tool is missing, try a fresh Codex task. If it still fails, report the failure rather than claiming success.

5. Report what is connected. The current OAuth connection accesses the workspace the user selected. Global video search uses CreatorBerry's shared video database. Starting a new analysis can cost one credit, so ask before doing that.
