- Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing details. We do not store your full credit card number.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our Service, such as the channels you track, the videos you analyze, and the scripts you generate.
- Content: We store the data you save in your Vault, your personas, and your generated scripts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the CreatorBerry service
- To process your transactions and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you, including sending technical notices, updates, and support messages
- To power the AI features of the app (e.g. generating scripts based on your persona and vault data)

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party vendors who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, cloud hosting, and AI model APIs). For example, when you generate a script, relevant contextual data is sent to our AI providers (like OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate the response. These providers do not use your data to train their public models.
